Pad Printing
The image is etched on a metal plate or cliché. The cliché is then inserted on a special base in the printing machinery and covered with ink. Any excess ink is removed and the image is then transferred to the product using a silicone pad or a swab. The maximum size of the print is 80x80mm.
The advantage of pad printing is a very good contrast even in the smallest details of the image. Pad printing is one of the most popular ways to transfer an insignia to items with small measures and hard surface (plastic, glass, ceramics, metal, wood etc.).
